Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore spoke to Millersworld after the win today at a blustery Torquay.

‘To be fair,` he said, ‘it was one of those days when football goes out of the window. The first half was windy but we will give them full marks for hanging in there and doing the right things at the right time. We`ve picked up the three points which is what we`ve come for and it was a battling game for them. But we never really got going until the latter stages of the game.`

Asking about Ryan Taylor`s inclusion in the starting eleven, Moore said, ‘We thought we could get down the sides of the two centre-halves but the problem was that to get the strikers down the sides you have to keep the ball and in the first half there was no way on this earth he could get hold of the ball but in the second half, when the wind died down, we really should have got on the ball and created some chances. We didn`t and that was part of the reason I brought Roberts on. But we got three points and we keep ticking on.`

Moore was asked about Andy Warrington, who brought off some great saves today and he said, ‘I think Andy Warrington is the best at this level but we need a ‘keeper to make saves for you and that`s what he`s there for.`
