Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore has a strong message for injury prone striker, Tom Elliott and that`s ‘grow up.`

Elliott, who is on loan from Leeds United until January, has had knee injuries, thigh injuries and a hamstring problem since joining the Millers at the beginning of the season and Ronnie Moore is fast losing patience with the nineteen year old.

Speaking to Dom Howson of The Star, Moore said, ‘I`ve told Tom he has to decide if he wants to be a footballer of work in a bank. He`s always injured and won`t play with any bit of pain and I`ve told him he has to grow up. Sooner of later he`s going to have to decide which way he wants his football career to go.

‘He must have missed around forty training sessions and we can`t get him to the fitness levels we want and need him at and we are banging our heads against a brick wall.`
