Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore is not very hopeful that the game against Bournemouth on Tuesday night will go ahead.

A keen frost overnight has affected the pitch at Don Valley.

‘I don’t see how the frost can have got out of the pitch since Saturday,’ Moore told Radio Sheffield. ‘It will be a struggle and I imagine the game will be doubtful.

‘We were on a nice little run and I will be disappointed if the game is off.’

The Millers game with Macclesfield was called off quite late on Saturday, after a 1pm pitch inspection.

I do know that the Bournemouth team are already in the area, having opted to stay ‘up North’ after their game on Saturday at Crewe, but it would be good, if the game is in doubt, to let the Bournemouth fans know as soon as possible to stop them travelling.
