Rotherham United Manager, Ronnie Moore is hoping for a third successive win away at Torquay tomorrow and then another win against Lincoln City at Don Valley on Tuesday night.

‘If we win tomorrow and then again on Tuesday, we can go top of the league,’ he told David Beddows of The Advertiser. ‘That has to be the carrot for the players.

‘Are we winners and do we really want it? Well, there’s no better boost than going into Christmas in top spot.

‘Torquay are on a decent little run and they will be hard to beat. But, if we play to our capabilities then they should be more worried about us than we are of them.’

Being top of the league would certainly be a lovely present for us Millers’ fans, so here’s hoping we’ve had our ‘dip in form’ already and can go from strength to strength.
