Rotherham United removed top striker, Lewis Grabban from the substitute`s bench at half-time on Tuesday night as a precaution.

The twenty-four year old fell during the pre-match warm-up, receiving a blow to his kidneys, and at half-time was passing blood.

Caretaker boss, Darren Patterson told Les Payne of The Star, ‘He was peering quite a significant amount of blood at half-time so obviously couldn`t come out for the second half.`

The former Brentford player has been checked over but will be monitored ahead of Saturday`s trip to Crawley.
