Rotherham United have been making enquiries about Chester City striker, Kevin Ellison.

Bob Gray, Chester’s Chief Executive, told the Liverpool Daily Post that the Millers have enquired about thirty-year old Ellison and that the club wouldn’t stand in his way if he wanted to come to Rotherham.

Ellison, who has made over one hundred appearances for Chester in two spells with the club, started his career at Southport. He has also played for Altrincham, Leicester City, Stockport County, Hull City and Tranmere Rovers.

He scored in each of the games the Millers played against Chester this season
