Rotherham United are being linked with midfielder Erthun Oztumer.

Our sister site Vital Walsall are running with the story today that the twenty-six year old is the player that the Millers have upped a bid on.

Greenwich born Erthun began his professional career in Turkey coming back to the UK in 2012 and joining non-league side Dulwich Hamlet. From there he spent around two years at Peterborough before joining the Saddlers in the summer of 2016.

Up to just this season Erthun has scored twelve goals in thirty-one appearances so certainly knows where the goal is.

With his contract running out at the Bescot Stadium this summer and the player himself turning down three new contract offers with the club it could be that Walsall want to get some cash for him while they can.

What do you think? Get him now and hope he helps us to at least a play-off spot or wait until we can get him for free in the summer?
