Rumours are about today that link Rotherham United with Darlington’s Tadgh Purcell.
Purcell, twenty-five, joined Darlington in January and scored nine goals in twenty-two games.
The Dublin born striker was a youth player with Leicester City before starting his senior career in 2004 with the University College of Dublin. From there he moved to Kilkenny City and then played over one hundred games for Shamrock Rovers before Steve Staunton signed him for Darlington.
The rumour mongers also say that Lincoln City are interested in the striker
