Rotherham United Manager Paul Warne says that the Millers have a really tough month up ahead.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield the Millers Boss said, ‘I think we’ll really know where we’re going to be at the end of this month.

‘When we took over there was a lot of work to be done and I thought that the more transfer windows we could get through the better state the club would be in.

‘We are trying to sign players who are going to be here for a few years. Collectively at the moment the lads are really motivated to perform and I think they’ve got a real belief that something great could occur this season.

‘They are a great bunch and I really enjoy managing this group of players. There’s no-one in the dressing room who I don’t like. It’s a great place to come to work and the lads really want to learn.

‘Our intensity in training is really high and if they can keep that intensity up we could be there or thereabouts come the summer.

‘There’s seventeen games left – potentially twenty – and we are going to hit highs and lows. If we get enough points to keep us up there then the lads can be proud of what they’ve achieved.

‘The club is in really good health and long may that continue.’
