Rotherham United Caretaker Manager, Andy Liddell told MillersPlayer that he thinks there are enough players at the club at the moment and probably won’t fetch the players who are currently out on loan back.

Talking as the loan deadline nears, Lids said, ‘I think we’ve got enough players here to do the job and finish where we want to finish.

‘But, if there’s a special player who becomes available and we think he’s better than what we’ve got then we’ll go for him but we won’t bring in players who aren’t better than what we’ve got because I really, really can’t see the point.

‘We won’t be busting a gut but we’ll be looking like every other manager will be looking.

‘Filling the squad with extra bodies will just cause problems and, in our opinion, we don’t think we need them. I honestly believe this group of players we’ve got can do it. If they give everything and give the fans everything and give the staff everything we will do it. I’m confident we’ll do it.’
