Adam Le Fondre might not be willing to sign an extension to his current Rotherham deal although this does not mean the club will sell him.

An offer came in from Huddersfield, according to BBC Radio Sheffield, today although this was rejected as Tony Stewart told the media: ‘we’ll not sell any players that’ll hurt our chances of getting promotion.’

With the transfer window closing in about 45 minutes unless there is some dramatic late actions then the 24-year-old will stay with the Millers until the summer at least.

That is unless a loan move – with the option to sign him – comes about when the loan window reopens shortly?
