Rotherham United`s latest recruit, goalkeeper Adam Collin says that consistency is the main thing next season.

Speaking to The Star the twenty-eight year old thinks that the Millers could even push for another promotion next season and gives Yeovil Town as an example saying, ‘No disrespect to Yeovil, but they are quite a small club and they have got themselves into the Championship with a small squad and tight resources which must give hope to everyone in the league.`

And Adam will know what he`s talking about having spent four years in League One playing over one hundred and thirty league games for Carlisle.

‘It`s a physical, competitive league,` Adam carried on. ‘Consistency is the main thing. If we can consistently pick up points, we will be there or thereabouts.`

Saying that being one of the highest earners at Carlisle, the former Newcastle United Youth ‘keeper said he wasn`t surprised that he didn`t get a new contract with the Cumbrians as they had struggled last year financially.

‘Rotherham is a new start for me,` Adam said. ‘It`s an ambitious club who are on the up and everything is in place for them to keep moving forward.`
