Rotherham United will be extending the loan of midfielder Grant Ward.

In the agreement that is in place Grant is a Rotherham player until the end of January and then an automatic agreement kicks-in that keeps him at the New York Stadium until the end of the season.

Grant joined the Millers on loan from Tottenham Hotspur originally on a six month loan which was then extended until the end of January.

Millers Manager Neil Redfearn told Radio Sheffield, ‘He’s been an outstanding loan signing for us.’

Grant has made twenty-four appearances for the Millers scoring two goals, the last one being in our four-nil win at home to Bolton.

I think this is great news for the Millers.
