Former Rotherham United Manager Andy Scott has been linked with the job at Aldershot Town left vacant this week by Dean Holdsworth.

Scott was named as Millers Manager in April 2011 and, after a good start, was named League Two Manager of the Month the following August. Things went downhill after that and after a two-one defeat at Oxford in March last year Andy was sent packing.

He is one of four names being short listed for the Shots’ job with Gary Waddock thought to be also on the list. Andy has been without a job since leaving the Millers.
