There is also a rolling solidarity agreement between the Football League and the Premier League that will see a portion of Premier League television revenues re-distributed to FL clubs. It`s the first contracted link in revenues since the PL inception in 1992.
Parachute payments to relegated PL sides will be reduced from 4 to 3 years with existing championship clubs being given 30% of a third year parachute payment. That filters down to 4.5 and 3% to divisions 1 & 2.
