Rotherham United are trying to finalise plans that could see them bus fans to their new home at Don Valley, The Star reports today.

The club, who are wanting to forge stronger links with their fans, are looking into the possibility of putting on coaches to the Sheffield stadium.

The pubs around Millmoor, where fans used to drink before games, have also been looking into providing coaches to Don Valley.

At a meeting on Monday evening, Rotherham United Supporters Club, said they were trying to see if First Buses would extend their usual travel package to RUSC Members. This deal was that any member of RUSC could travel free on First Buses anywhere in the Rotherham area, on production of their membership card, two hours before and two hours after a home game. The Supporters Club were hoping to get this extended to go as far as Don Valley.
