Rotherham United take on Forest Green Rovers tomorrow afternoon in the first round proper of the FA Cup and, with the Millers going out at this stage in the last five seasons (I think last season at Peterboro’ was one of, if not the, worst performance I’ve ever seen from a Rotherham team) manager, Mark Robins has told his team they haven’t got to think this will be an easy game.

Speaking to The Star, Robins said, ‘Not one person can afford to have any complacency over this game and straight after the win over Bury on Tuesday night it was down to focussing on this game.

‘The experienced lads will be important because they will have been in this situation before, but we need to take the confidence from the last few games and impose ourselves.

‘Stuart Fleetwood is a threat up front but we’ve watched him and are aware of him.’

Both Mark Robins and goalkeeper Andy Warrington have played against Forest Green before and the manager said, ‘It’s a nice little stadium with a decent pitch which is good. But we know what cup games can be like and we are under no illusions.’
