Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans knows, going into Easter that the next two games are, if not quite crucial, very important.

The Millers travel to Birmingham today and then are back at the New York Stadium on Easter Monday when Brighton and Hove Albion are the visitors.

‘People are focusing on us and Wigan Athletic,’ the Gaffer told Radio Sheffield’s Rob Staton, ‘but I think the likes of Millwall and Fulham will still think they’ve got a part to play. And Brighton and Huddersfield have results to get so there are more than us and Wigan Athletic.

‘We’ve got some tough games but so have the others. We have to keep focused. We could win every one of those seven games left or we could lose every one. These are the tight margins we are facing in the Championship.

‘I always thought if we could get to forty-six points then we’d be unfortunate to go down but we just need to make sure we aren’t in the bottom three when we finish at Leeds about half-past two on the 2nd May.’
