Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans has given his view of the game at Underhill against Barnet on Saturday.

As we know the Millers Boss couldn’t attend the game on Saturday but has since watched the DVD of the game and said on his usual Gaffer On Sunday article on the Official Site, ‘We didn’t start on the front foot but we changed the game after twenty minutes and settled down.

‘The sending off of Alex Revell should only have been a yellow but it was a day that was full of strange decisions.

‘That point is a point away from home and that should always be recognised as a solid afternoon although it doesn’t feel like it.’

Asked about Mitch Rose who made his full first team debut Evans said that he thought he did well and put a real workmanlike performance in.
