Goals from Jason Taylor, Alex Revell and Daniel Nardiello gave the Millers a three-one victory over Oldham Athletic this morning in the sunshine of Vilamoura, Portugal.

Taylor scored in the first half with a tap in after fine work from Kari Arnason and Kayode Odejayi and it should have been two after Revell was brought down in the penalty area but Gareth Evans hit the underside of the bar with the spot kick and it went out to safety. Revell scored after getting the ball from David Noble and a fine through ball from Arnason found Nardiella for him to get the third.  Youssouf M’Changama  got a consolation for Oldham.

After the game Millers Boss, Steve Evans told the Official Site that he can already see the quality of player they have and everyone is looking forward to playing in the New York Stadium on Saturday.

At last count there were around two hundred tickets left for Millers fans for the game on Saturday against Barnsley – which will be the first ever game to be played there.
