Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans is asking the Millers fans to turn up the volume for tomorrow`s game with Norwich City at the New York Stadium.

After repeating what he said a couple of weeks ago about if anyone needs a rent-a-crowd then come and get the Millers fans, the Gaffer told Radio Sheffield, ‘We need more of the support like we got against Brighton and Millwall.

‘We need the decibels louder. We need it more emphatic.

‘We`ve all heard motivational speeches by some of the best actors and some of the best football coaches but it isn’t about inches for us now it`s about centimeters.

‘The crowd have been behind us all season and they’ll be waiting to get behind them when they come out of the tunnel at five-to-three. And there will be a healthy support coming from Norfolk so it will be hum-dinging.’

It`s going to be nearly a sell out of Millers fans tomorrow and we really have to get behind the lads. Let`s have the shouting, the singing, the scarf waving from the start of the game until the end. If something goes wrong then instead of grumbling and looking at your feet, shout and sing louder!

Get behind the lads! Be Loud. Be Proud.
