Rotherham United Manager Steve Evans has nothing but praise for his players for the point they got away at Fulham last night.

‘I think it was a fantastic performance and we`ve had to come here and produce a fantastic performance.

‘Matt Derbyshire has covered every blade of grass for us,` the Millers Boss told Radio Sheffield. ‘He makes a chance out of nothing that could have put us two up and you can look at it two ways, has he missed a chance or has the goalkeeper made a great save. If you`re Fulham you`re thinking well done goalkeeper, if you`re us you`re thinking everything`s right Matt apart from sticking it in.

‘Danny Ward should score when we`ve had some fantastic play down the left. Kirk Broadfoot smashed the post and half-an-inch the other way and it goes in.

‘We`ve looked as if we`ve wanted it a bit more tonight and had more of the play and had a bit more belief.

‘I`m proud of my players performance but disappointed we`ve only got a point.

‘We`ve three very tough games to come. We play Norwich and Stevie Clark`s reading then we have to go and play Leeds at Elland Road. They are three huge games, but that`s the Championship.`
