Rotherham United have recently expressed an interest in Dutch central defender Tom Beugelsdijk.

At present the twenty-three year old is playing for ADO Den Haag in The Hague, where he came through the youth ranks, making his first team debut in 2010.

Tom is looking towards moving away from the Netherlands with moves to Germany or England looking likely.

Speaking to Sky Sports Tom said, ‘I have spoken to Birmingham City and visited their training ground and I have also spoken with Blackpool and Rotherham United Chairman Tony Stewart and Manager Steve Evans about my future and I have noted that all three clubs are really passionate.

‘There are also some offers from Germany and I now need to make my mind up and come up with a final decision next week because my next step will be a most important one for my development.’
