Rotherham United have signed defender Luke Foster today from Stevenage.

Mexborough born Foster began his career with Sheffield Wednesday from where he spent loan spells with Scarborough and Alfreton before he signed for Lincoln City in 2005. Luke then spent a little time with Stalybridge Celtic before signing for Oxford in February 2007. In May 2010 Foster moved to newly promoted Stevenage who he played twenty-four games for.

Luke has played one game for the England C team.

The twenty-five year old has joined the Millers on a years contract with the chance of a second year.
