Rotherham United skipper, Ryan Cresswell isn`t going anywhere.

Cressy has been plagued with injuries since joining the Millers from Bury in the summer of 2010 and has only managed nine appearances this season, the last one being in September against Torquay.

So, with that in mind, Manager, Andy Scott had bandied with the idea of sending him out on loan – the rumour on Saturday was to Macclesfield – for him to get minutes under his belt and get his match fitness back.

But, with injury to Johnny Mullins and Michael Raynes suspended after receiving a red card on Saturday, Scott has had a change of plan.

Speaking to the Official Site, Scott said that Cress has been training really well and that he would have no hesitation of playing the twenty-four year old if necessary.
