Rotherham United were today in court over repossession of the club by The Booth family

The case has been struck out of court and the right to appeal has been refused.

Therefore, to cut a long story short – the court case has ended, finished, stopped – and the club remain sitting tenants

It is understood costs of £25k must be paid within fourteen days – although it is also understood that the Booth family have asked for more but this is under review.
