Rotherham United midfielder, Mark Bradley thinks the Millers still have a chance of promotion.

Speaking to MillersPlayer after the one-nil loss on Saturday, the Welsh International said, ‘We’re two points off the play-offs now so that’s only one win and we have to keep working hard and hope the results turn for us. We want to finish on a high and promotion is a great thing to have on your CV and all the lads have got to pull together and try to achieve that.

‘It was a disappointing result and the performance wasn’t the best, especially in the second half when we seemed a bit dead to be honest. We had a few chances in the first half but we just didn’t put them away. But, that’s what happens in football.’

Talking about his time out of the team, the twenty-three year old said, ‘It’s been very frustrating sat watching because as a professional footballer you want to be playing games. When you’re not playing things go through your head and you wonder where you’ll be at the end of the season. I got my head down and worked hard in training and Lidds and Warney have seen what I’ve been doing in the reserves and I’ve tried to bring that into the first team and hopefully I’ve been doing OK I’ve played the last three games and Lincoln was a very good result and performance. Shrewsbury was a bit of a knock down when we made three mistakes and they punished us. And, today was very disappointing. I was disappointed to come off today because I was making a lot of forward runs but I think they went for a bit more pace out wide.’

Asked what had changed since Andy Liddell and Paul Warne had taken over as managers, Mark said, ‘There’s been a lot of positivity and they like to encourage the lads instead of getting them down. We’ve got to move on now and be positive for next week.’
