Rotherham United midfielder, Mark Bradley said he wasn’t really happy with his first league start for the Millers, saying he would have like to have got on the ball a lot more.
Speaking to MillersPlayer after the one-one draw with Stevenage at the weekend, the Welsh International said, ‘I thought it was a difficult game and I didn’t get much of the ball so was a bit disappointed. They played three in midfield so I was really doing a defensive job and I was fighting for second balls and they were going over my head a lot.
‘I did a lot of tracking of runners and the goal speaks for itself, really. I was tracking a midfield player in the box and I did that quite a lot during the game defensively. They had some big lads and we battled with them all day and I didn’t really see much of the ball so I think one-one is probably a fair result.
‘I think today has been a bit of a learning curve, to be honest.’
