Rotherham United Manager Neil Redfearn has said tonight that he needs to bring in some players.

‘It`s not going to be easy to go into the loan market,` the Millers Boss told Radio Sheffield after today`s three-nil loss at Derby.

‘It`s difficult and it`s about getting hold of the right players. We need players who are better than we`ve already got but I`ve got to see more from the players I`ve already got than I did today.`

Saying that he`s got a bigger job on his hands than what he thought when he took over as Millers Boss, Neil carried on, ‘You initially come and assess and look at the quality you`ve got but the acid test is once you`ve crossed that white line at three o`clock on a Saturday afternoon.

‘We know Derby`s spent big and are a good side and a big club but it`s got to be more than a match than that.

‘When I look at us there`s not enough desire and will to go and want to win and, at this moment in time, we`re just feeling a bit sorry for ourselves and you can`t do that.`
