Rotherham United’s Central League game away at Cantley Park against Doncaster Rovers ended in a one-all draw.

The Millers first shot on goal was from Mason Warren about ten minutes into the game which was pushed to safety by Rovers’ ‘keeper Marko Marosi with Will Longbottom coming close for Rovers twenty minutes later when he had a header that hit the crossbar. Alfie May perhaps should have scored after finding himself in room in the penalty area but sent his shot flying over the bar. At the other end a lovely cross from Reece McGinley found the head of Josh Kayode who struck home to give the visitors the lead.

As the snow came down in Doncaster and ten minutes into the second half Kuda Muskwe tried his luck from some twenty-five yards out only to see his shot go inches wide before Ben Purrington put in a great cross with no-one able to get on the end of it. A couple of good saves from Laurence Bilboe ended with a Rovers corner which fell to Alfie May who made it one-one on seventy-five minutes. Josh Kayode had another shot which hit the crossbar before Muskwe put another shot wide.
