Rotherham United Nostalgia Society have former Miller Terry Farmer as their guest speaker this evening.

Born in Maltby, Terry was an old fashioned centre-forward with a good scoring record. He began his career with Gainsborough Trinity before joining his home town club in 1952. He played sixty-one times for Rotherham scoring twenty-four goals which included a hat-trick against Blackburn Rovers in a five-one win for the Millers. Terry left the Millers in 1958 to join York City before moving to Scarborough for a season in 1960.

The meeting this evening, (Thursday) is at the Green Dragon, Kimberworth and begins at 8.30pm – All Welcome.
