Rotherham United Nostalgia Society meet on Thursday, 10th November at The Green Dragon pub, Kimberworth.

This month’s special guest is former goalkeeper, Seamus McDonagh.

Seamus began his career at his home club Rotherham United, spending six years there and playing over one hundred and twenty games.

While with the Millers he had a month`s loan with Manchester United. After playing for the Millers he also played for Bolton Wanderers, Everton, Notts County, Scarborough and Grantham before hanging his boots up in 1994. Seamus also played a number of times for Ireland between 1981 and 1985.

At the moment he is a goalkeeping coach with Hull City, having previously done the same job at Plymouth, Aston Villa, Coventry, Mansfield, Millwall and Leicester City.

The meeting on Thursday begins at 8.30pm – ALL welcome.
