Mr Clive Oliver from Northumberland will take charge of the League one game between Rotherham United and Nottingham Forest on Saturday 18th November.

This is Mr Oliver’s 3rd season on the National Referee’s list.

So far this season he has officiated at 11 games, showing 26 Yellows and sending off just one player.
That was Derby County’s Arturo Lupoli in The Rams Carling cup defeat at Doncaster.

He has taken charge of 3 previous Rotherham United games, all of which were last season and with differing outcomes for the Millers.

The first game was the 3-1 Carling Cup victory over Port Vale at Millmoor in August, when he booked 2 players.
Rotherham’s Shaun Barker and Vale’s Chris Burchill going in the book for unsporting behaviour.
The second time was the 3-1 defeat at Walsall in November 2005.
This time 3 players were cautioned.
Shaun Barker again got in Mr Oliver’s bad books, literally, as he was shown yellow for dissent, as was the Saddlers Ishmal Demontagnac.
Lee Williamson got Yellow for Unsporting behaviour.
The last time he took charge was in April 2006 as Rotherham drew 2-2 with Brentford at Millmoor.
Gregor Robertson being the only player booked on this occasion.
Nottingham Forest fans will have good cause to remember Clive Oliver from last season as he reffed their 7-1 home victory against Swindon in February. Sending off Swindon’s Jerel Ifil in the process.
Clive Oliver’s total record so far is…

2006-7 11 Games 26 Yellows 1 Red
2005-6 29 Games 65 Yellows 3 Reds
2004-5 27 Games 70 Yellows 2 Reds

Totals 67 Games 161 Yellows 6 Reds
Yellow cards per game = 2.40

The 4th official will be P.Quinn
