Rate The Players v Forest

Rotherham United might not have won at Nottingham Forest this afternoon but it definitely wasn’t all doom and gloom.

The Millers had chances, had some good periods of play and, as Warney is always fond of telling us, ‘gave their all for the club’ today.

But how would you rate the players on today’s performance?

Who played the best, who didn’t do so well?

Billy Jones started his first game in a Millers shirt and I thought he had a very good game, especially in the first half. Then there’s Ryan Williams who might have made a couple of errors, but he also made some of those aforementioned chances. I also thought Joe Mattock, Kyle Vassell, who had to be treated for an injury early on, and Richie Towell, who brought off a good save in the second half from Costel Pantilimon, all did well.
