Rotherham United make their second trip of the week tomorrow, this time to the University of Bolton Stadium to take on Bolton Wanderers.

The Millers come into this game on the back of a great performance at Lincoln although it only gave them a point while Bolton’s last game saw them score five goals away at Ipswich and get all three points although their last home game was a goalless affair with Burton.

As we go into this game Wanderers are third in League One with the Millers ten places, but only two points, below.

Wanderers Manager Ian Evatt told the Bolton News that he expects Saturday to be their biggest challenge yet saying, ‘We are aware of the attacking threats Rotherham have and the threat they pose and we will have to stand up to that and stay calm and collected on the ball.’

Bolton will be without Andy Tutte and while Amadou Bakayoko, Xavier Amaechi and Harry Brockbank are on the mend this game will probably come to soon for them.

Meanwhile the Millers have doubts over both Shane Ferguson and Freddie Ladapo who are both suffering with foot injuries. But after having to isolate Wes Harding will be back in contention and it could be that Richard Wood could be in the travelling squad after missing Tuesday nights draw.

Speaking to Radio Sheffield Rotherham Manager Paul Warne said that Bolton’s history goes before them saying, ‘They are a big club in this league, making some good signings in the summer and have started off really confidently. They are a team who like to pass the ball and I didn’t expect them to struggle in League One.’

The referee for this game is James Bell
