Rotherham United’s away game against Portsmouth has been postponed.
The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, 24th August with the usual 3.00pm kick-off. The kick-off was then brought forward to 12.30 on the same day due to festivals on the same day in Portsmouth.
Now Portsmouth have announced that the game at Fratton Park has been postponed.
Portsmouth have said that they will ‘look sympathetically’ at requests from both sets of supporters who have already pre-booked travel and accommodation for the original fixture – this will be done on a case-by-case basis.
A new date for the game will be announced as soon as possible.
