Rotherham United go to Christie Park tomorrow on the back of two wins – one in the League and one in the Cup. The Millers have something to prove tomorrow after being on the end of a five-one drubbing here last season against the club who have been voted the ‘most liked club in the Football League’ in a recent survey.
Morecambe, who drew at Wycombe last weekend were dumped out of the Carling Cup by Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night which may make them more determined to win tomorrow.
Mark Robins – I watched Morecambe lose against Nottingham Forest but we shouldn’t be fooled. It will be a different game tomorrow. We lost there five-one last season and we need a good result to erase that from our memories.’
Morecambe Team News:
It could be that Sammy McIlroy will go back to the team that drew last weekend with Wycombe. Matt Blinkhorn will probably return with Wayne Curtis dropping to the subs bench.
