Rotherham United make the trip to the B2net for the first time to take on Chesterfield who are riding high at the top of League Two.
The Millers, who are in fourth place, are in fifteenth place in the ‘best away league two record’ and have only won two on the road since the start of the year. Having drawn three and lost one this month, they will want to get back to winning ways and do it in style over rivals Chesterfield. Of course, to do that they will have to try and halt the habit of falling behind, which began at Stockport in January.
The Spireites have been going great guns this season, although they did have a spell of five games without a win last month. Having lost two-nil to Crewe last weekend they will want to get their thirteenth home league win of the season.
John Sheridan – It’s a great game, especially for the fans, and we want to get a positive result but I am expecting a tough game and we have to win the right to win it.
Ronnie Moore – Chesterfield are top of the league because they are a good side but we’re playing Chesterfield and not Real Madrid and if our defence plays well we are more than capable of winning.
Chesterfield Team News:
John Sheridan has no new injury worries ahead of this game and Jack Lester, Ian Breckin, Mark Allott and Dwane Mattis could all return to the starting eleven after being on the bench for the game against Crewe last Saturday.
