Rotherham United have announced that they will be delaying the launch of next season’s Season Tickets.

With the uncertainty what is to happen to the end of this present season with the re-start date of 30th April probably going to be delayed, it is also unsure when the 2020/21 season will begin.

The club have also said that they had organised to put in a new ticketing system in the summer but will now do this while football is on-hold and hope it will be up and running before the games resume.

Rotherham’s Chief Operating Officer Paul Douglas told the Official Site that the club are hopeful that this season will conclude but understand that any decisions will be made ‘ with the health and well-being of supporters, players and staff as a priority.’

To be honest I’d only thought about next season’s Season Tickets this week realising that it’s about this time of the year that announcements are made about cost, payments etc. Of course, season ticket monies are a quite a big part of revenue for our club so it must be a bit of a wrench for them to have to put the announcement back especially when we don’t know how further back it might have to go.

Keep Safe.

Up The Millers.
