Rotherham United have announced that Jonson Clarke-Harris will be wearing the captains armband for the coming season.
JCH is in his second spell at the New York Stadium, signing his latest contract in May.
Speaking to Sky Sports Millers Boss Steve Evans said, ‘There are four or five real captains in the dressing room but one who I wanted to give the leadership role is Jonson Clarke-Harris.’
Jono himself said he feels like being the captain is his type of roll, saying, ‘I’m a natural leader both on the pitch and in training. I will run through brick walls for any of my teammates, the Boss are anyone else who is in my club.’
