Rotherham United will begin their campaign in the Championship on the weekend of 12th September.

The EFL have said that the season will end on the 8th/9th May with the Play-Off Finals being the Spring Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May.

The Millers last game was on 7th March with the decision to promote Rotherham and Coventry from League One taken on 9th June while Wycombe Wanderers join them via the play-offs.

With the Championship play-offs and the Premier League still to play plus possible points deductions or points to give back to certain teams in the Championship the Millers are still not totally sure who will be in their league next season.

Rotherham Manager Paul Warne has given his players this last week off and they will return on Monday for pre-season training now knowing they have a date to aim for to get players fin or get players in for the start of the season.

Up The Millers.
