Millers And Canaries Both Have Doubts Ahead Of Tomorrow’s Fixture

|

Rotherham United travel to Carrow Road tomorrow to take on Norwich City who, at the time of submitting this article, are top of the Championship.

Still waiting for their first away win of the season, the Millers drew their last away game, against Blackburn, one-one – in fact, they’ve got a point from their last three away games.

The Canaries have won all their home games since losing at Carrow Road to Stoke City in the first week of October.

Like the Millers, Norwich got a point on Tuesday night, although they were away at Hull while Rotherham were at home to Queens Park Rangers.

Millers Boss, Paul Warne, thinks his team are going toe-to-toe in the Championship but told iFOLLOW that they have to turn some of their draws into wins also saying, ‘I don’t think the lads get the credit they deserve for the way they are playing’.

Kyle Vassell missed out on Tuesday night with a groin injury and is a major doubt for tomorrow’s game too. Jon Taylor, who was taken off on Tuesday, is also a doubt but everyone else who played the two games this week are all fit.

City Manager Daniel Farke told their Official Site that his side will have to be ‘at their best’ when the Millers are in town. ‘I’m sure Rotherham will make it difficult for us by protecting their goal and defending in the centre,’ Farke said.

Norwich City will be without Moritz Leitner and Onel Hernandez for the game with the Millers on Saturday. There were doubts regarding Teemu Pukki and Emi Buendia but they should be fit for the game.

Stephen Martin from Staffordshire is the man in charge on Saturday.

Rotherham United fans will be able to pay on the gate tomorrow at Carrow Road.
