Rotherham United midfielder Christ Tiehi has himself confirmed that he won’t play again this season.

The twenty-five year old joined the Millers in August for an undisclosed then club record and has gone on to make thirty-five appearances in all competitions.

Christ has been carrying a pelvic problem for some time but after playing the full ninety minutes away at Norwich City he couldn’t make the Huddersfield game before the international break. After having the problem looked at over the break he put a statement on social media saying that he was finished for the season but promised to come back fitter next season.

This really is a blow for the Millers as he’s been more or less an ever present since his first game away at Sunderland the day after signing his contract.

All at Vital send our best to Christ and hope he is soon fit and well and we very much want to see you next season.
