Midfielder On His Way Back To Millers?

Rotherham United have always been surrounded by rumours at this time of the season – though, to be honest, I’m not really sure what time of the season it is at the moment (I’m lucky to know what day it is to be fair!) – and this year is no exception.

The rumours are usually because the club keep their cards close to their chest and, in my humble opinion, there is nothing wrong with that – except, of course, you get lots of rumours!

This weekend the Football League Hub told us that the Millers could be signing Hakeeb Adelakun from Bristol City and, I suppose as rumours go, this could be one to keep an eye on.

Midfielder Hakeeb was on loan with the Millers last season, joining in January and making nine appearances, eight starts with his last game seeing him come off the bench in our draw away at Coventry.

I’d be quite happy to see the twenty-four year old back in a Rotherham shirt, whether on loan or a permanent deal. What are your thoughts?

Up The Millers.
