Lindsay Joins Millers

|

Rotherham United have delved into the transfer market by fetching in Jamie Lindsay from Ross County.

The twenty-three year old midfielder came through the Youth Ranks with Celtic and while at Celtic Park had loan spells with Dumbarton, Grennock Morton and Ross County where he impressed enough to be offered a permanent deal in June last year. Last season Jamie played forty-eight times for the Staggies scoring nine goals and has played one game already for them this season in their four-one Scottish League Cup win over Montrose earlier this month.

Jamie has caps for Scotland at U16, U17 and U19 levels.

After having at least one bid turned down for Lindsay the Millers finally got their man this week for an undisclosed fee on a three year deal.

All at Vital Rotherham welcome Jamie to the New York Stadium.
