Tomorrow afternoon will be one of the most important games in the history of Rotherham United, when they meet Dagenham and Redbridge at the New Wembley in the League Two Play-Off Final.
The Millers reached the final by beating Aldershot 3-0 on aggregate while the Daggers got there by beating Morecambe 7-2 on aggregate.
As a professional club, this will be the Daggers first visit to Wembley and will be after their first ever Football League promotion.
The Millers were at the old Wembley in April fourteen years ago, when they won the Auto Windscreens Sheild against Shrewsbury and will be after their first promotion since 2001
John Still – I’ve no doubt this club could survive a level up although it would be a massive strain finacially but we would get by because we manage the situation.
Ronnie Moore – We’ve beaten Dagenham home and away this season but that won’t count for anything tomorrow. It will be about who prepares right and produces on the day
John Still has a doubt over Peter Gain who has a calf problem. If he comes through then he will stick to the team that beat Morecambe six-nil
Top scorer this season with twenty-one goals (twenty league and one cup)
It could be that Ronnie Moore puts Josh Walker in the starting eleven with Danny Harrison dropping to the bench, though it will be the same eighteen who were named against Aldershot
Gets where castor oil can’t and will love to score at Wembley
JJ Linigton from the Isle of Wight
Will be the friendly games
