Rotherham midfielder Michael Keane should be back to help his side’s fight against relegation over the tough festive programme.
The Millers are without a win in theit last 16 games, and have desperately missed 22-year-old Keane.
He has been out for a month after a stomach operation, but is back in training and raring to go.
He told the club’s website: ‘I’m well ahead of schedule, so hopefully I will be able to help the lads out soon.
‘I’ve worked really hard since I had the operation. It will probably take a couple of games to get back in full swing again and hopefully I will be back sooner rather than later. The manager has been very fair to me so I want to come back now and repay him.
‘I’m ready when called upon and I would much rather be playing than watching as I kick the seats in front of me, just wanting to be out there.’
