Rotherham United’s visit to Villa Park last night didn’t go exactly as planned – losing two-nil to a team who hadn’t won at home since their first home game of the season, in August.
Despite the defeat, Millers Boss, Paul Warne, says he thought his team did well.

Which player or players stood out for you last night?
Personally, I thought Kyle Vassell had a good game, causing problems to Villa’s defence while Ryan Williams had some good runs down the wing and might have had a goal in the opening fifteen minutes of the first half.
Some of our crossing was good, some not so good. At times, especially in the first half, I think some of our players thought Michael Smith was a greyhound, giving him too much to do up there on his own with three players around him. On the other hand, I thought there were times he might have done better.
