Rotherham United might not have won at St Andrew’s this afternoon but was there one player that stood out for you more than any other?

It wasn’t a great performance from Paul Warne’s men this afternoon in fact, it was probably the second worst performance of the season, but, for me there were a couple of players who did OK.

Of course, Semi Ajayi is one – and we say the same week in-week out – and the other, for me, was Jon Taylor who not only scored but ran his bits off on that pitch.

Usually at the end of the game I say or think ‘well that was a team effort’ but I couldn’t say the same this afternoon, although I suppose, if I could find a way to say the opposite of ‘team effort’ I might have gone for that.

The injuries don’t help of course I realise that but two or three players can’t hold the rest up.

But I hate being negative about my team. So, let’s look to any positives you can today and rate the players out of ten!
