Rotherham United travel to the seaside for their next away fixture where they will take on Fleetwood Town.

It was the opening game of the 2017/18 season the last time the Millers were at the Highbury Stadium and the Cod Army’s new boy Conor McAleny made himself an instant hit with their fans scoring a goal in both halves to give the hosts all three points.

The first time the pair met in Fleetwood for a league game was in League Two in November 2012 with Kari Arnason putting the Millers in front on nineteen minutes only for Jon Parkin to get an equaliser two minutes later with both goalkeepers (Andy Warrington for Rotherham and Fleetwood’s Scott Davies) bringing off some smart saves in the second half.

The game at the New York Stadium earlier this season was a four-two win for the visitors. Callum Morton put Fleetwood in front but an equaliser from Michael Smith plus a Kieran Sadlier penalty saw the Millers in front at half-time. Gerard Garner, Danny Andrew and Callum Camps scored for Town in the second half to give them the win.
